I think we can all agree that the back squat is one of the most beneficial builders of strength and size out there. But many people either have never received coaching in how to do the lift properly or have gotten hurt and don't do it anymore.

In this immersive 3 hour workshop, I'm going to take you through Squat 101 including:

  • Your set up

  • Proper abdominal bracing to support your back

  • Low bar versus high bar squat variations

  • Squatting with an injury

  • Programming theory

  • Hands on coaching


9:45 - 10:00 check in and head straight back to warm up room

10:00 - 11:00 Discussion of squat mechanics and programming

11:00 - 12:30 Moving to training hall for hands on assessment and coaching

12:30 - 1:00  Q&A and Final Thoughts

I'd like to cap attendance at 10 people so that I can be sure to work with everyone individually and make it the best value possible. 

The goal at the end of this workshop is to tighten up your technique and give your lower body a great workout without anything hurting. In fact, if I'm doing my job right you will feel better after the workout than you did before!
